Recently a question was posed to Stacey by a student which was, how do we know if what we’re doing when we’re engaging in high vibe practices or working on our business is GOOD or BAD and this inspired the topic for today’s show – why simply SHOWING UP & PRACTICING = GOOD.

Stacey has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 2 decades, and she not only knows how to do and teach the many practices (a lot of mind management!), but she also learned very early on what the true art of practicing is about. Embodying this concept changed everything about Stacey and her life!
