#69- Making Your Relationship To Time Work For You

I know I always say the subjects of the podcast are my “favorite” (and I do love them all) but today I am going to be talking about a topic that I have truly been OBSESSED with for my entire life -- our relationship to TIME. In “Making Your Relationship To Time Work For You” we are going to take a “Stacey time dive” into a discussion about our very complex (yet conversely also surprisingly simple) connection with the clock and all the extremely doable things we can implement to reframe our relationship to time and make it work to our benefit.
