What is a Health Coach?

Imagine yourself feeling lighter and more confident with the time and energy to fit everything into your life that you’d like to while NOT being on a diet.  A coach helps you step into this vision of yourself and make it a reality!

There are as many “right” diets as there are people on the planet.  Since there is no one dietary theory that works for everyone it can be overwhelming to try and figure out what to eat for your unique body.  My priority for all of my clients is to upgrade from processed to fresh wholesome ingredients and to focus your diet around foods that you love, give you energy, optimize your health and maintain your ideal weight - without deprivation! I work with you to determine what are the best sources of proteins, fats and carbohydrates for your body, how to choose ideal ingredients when shopping or eating out and hopefully to inspire you to prepare more of your own meals and how to make that happen with my special and easy tips, recipes and meal prep/planning ideas. 

With me as your coach, I provide you with only curated information that addresses the specific challenges that have been coming up for you in your health.  We will have a clear vision for what your best feels and looks like, and align with that in order to focus on what is most important for you at this time.

I provide you with the right system, support and accountability—this means a custom program to fit your needs that integrates into your life NOW with my guidance and cheerleading (and a little tough love when needed) every step of the way.  I fully believe it is possible and important to have a social life, enjoy eating, celebrate holidays and not waste time or mental energy worrying about your diet and food!  I specialize in not only helping you to figure out WHAT to eat and WHY, but also in reducing your stress and creating more internal space so that you have room for growth and expansion. 

When we work together, you will have a step-by-step plan for creating healthy behaviors and habits that improve your sleep, reduce your stress and lighten the burden on your nervous system, allowing for healing and restoration.

This relationship is collaborative. As a transformational coach my role is to awaken your intuition and help you to realize how much you already know about yourself and coax it to the surface so that you can step into your own power. We will celebrate every accomplishment no matter how small, and cultivate a feeling of abundance and nourishment along the way.
