Explore the art of assisting, the delicacy of physical touch and using your hands as effective teaching tools and energetic conduits. In this training, we will discuss the importance of having clarity of action and will learn various techniques that may be used to assist or adjust your students. From correcting basic alignment to helping an experienced student into a more advanced posture, we will cover a range of levels and how to determine the best approach for the individual while maintaining the integrity of the practice.
*This is a part of the core requirements of the 300hr Teacher Training at Prancing Peacock but is also available as a stand-alone workshop for all 200RYT's with certification from any program. This qualifies as 8 CE credits with Yoga Alliance. Space is limited for outside sign ups!
