Join me for a fun and informative afternoon diving into what I consider the 5 pillars of holistic well-being. Often people focus primarily (or only) on nutrition and diet – 2 of the most common health issues that people are concerned with are weight loss and energy. In this workshop we will explore the assertion that feeling your best requires a healthy relationship between how you eat, how you sleep, how you move, how you relax, and how you connect. An imbalance in any of these essential areas of health & life can cause a total disruption to your system, showing up in the most unexpected ways! Did you know that poor sleep can make you resistant to weight loss? Or that eating while stressed can prevent digestion? Or that lack of connection in life can drain your energy? This workshop is about the importance of having healthy habits and balance in ALL of these areas in order to have a holistic sense of health and well-being.
Expect a fun interactive “play-shop” that will include lively discussion about overall health and well-being, common issues and challenges that we all face, experiential exercises and most importantly some easy and small actions step that you can take away for big results! This is a great workshop for anyone and everyone who that wants to lose weight, increase their energy and/or feel more balanced.
